Our returns policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return your item(s) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached if appropriate. Please contact us at nicknaks.shop@outlook.com to initiate a return. All returns postage is payable by you.
Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
